While we take the utmost care in preparing, transporting, and installing all balloons – including those with personal branding, logos, or memorial messages – we cannot guarantee that all balloons will remain intact for the duration of your event.
By proceeding with your order or installation, you acknowledge and accept the following:
No refunds or replacements will be issued for popped or deflated balloons once delivered or installed.
We recommend photographing any branded or memorial balloons as soon as they are set up in case of premature deflation.

Any activity or industry deemed offensive, unsafe, or unsuitable for a family-friendly public display
By submitting your business details or donation, you acknowledge and accept that:
