All tickets under any circumstances are not refundable, however if you choose to sell your ticket on or someone comes in as a replacement for you, we will need to be informed at the earliest convenience. However, if we have not been informed by 7 days prior to the event, your ticket will still be registered in your name and you will be classed as a non attendee.
Balloon Summer Splash is a combination of bringing balloon brands, balloon trainers and balloon artists together, working and sharing knowledge and creative ideas.
There will be a combination of different types of balloon art that you will be able to get involved in and have hands-on interaction.
You will have access to all videos, pictures and social media content to use for any marketing and to promote yourself to your clients.
You will be able to network with many like minded individuals who share the same passion, drive and interests.
An evening Gala to celebrate together, with arrival drinks, canapes, 3 course meal and entertainment.
You will also be able to take full advantage of speaking with event planners from around the UK to enable you to source business in the future for yourself.
You can arrive on the day but please arrive promptly so there is no delay and you do not miss out on anything. We will be starting at 9am on each day so aim to arrive at 8:30 so you can settle in.
If you do arrive the day before this is perfectly fine, The Balloon Colour Blending team will be available if you would like to have an informal chat throughout the week.

If you would like to book a room at New Hall Hotel & Spa we have been able to grab a fantastic discounted rate for you which is included in the All Inclusive Package.However there are limited rooms available, and when they have gone they have gone.
There is also a Premier Inn which is 6 minutes away from the hotel if you do decide to book Ticket Only.
If you plan on driving home each day, this is fine, but please do arrive on time each day so you don't miss out on anything

The day will consist of learning your own unique balloon formula to create the best organic displays, you will also have hands on experience and recipes to create the fun loving nutcrackers and balloon stacks. It doesn’t stop there…. Kalisan UK will be on site talking all balloons and on hand to answer any questions.
We will have our special guest, Amy from Peanut Balloons on the day talking all things about The Big Balloon Build and how you can engage in Balloon Builds around world.
If you have not had the chance to see the amazing props from Hayden’s Pop & Prop Shop, then this will be the perfect time to come and introduce yourself and see how amazing there props really are!!
And saving the very best till last, you will have a first look at the one and only balloon colour course, where you can learn what colours work best together, we will then teach you how to use the only Balloon Colour Blending Tool so you can save time and effort and give your clients exactly what they want.
